Accountability & Growth
Creating a safe but structured environment where expectations are clear and personal development is encouraged.
OUR VISION
To empower young boys from disadvantaged backgrounds to become confident, emotionally intelligent, responsible, and effective leaders within their communities.
Why We’re Launching
From frontline experience and community insight, Boys II Leaders responds to the reality that many boys who lack stable support and positive peer structures can become vulnerable to poor outcomes and harmful influences. This programme creates a constructive alternative: a safe, challenging and empowering space where leadership is taught, practised and lived — not just talked about.
Our Mission
Through structured mentorship, leadership workshops, real-world challenges and community engagement projects, Boys II Leaders equips boys aged 11–16 with the tools to grow personally, socially and academically — and to become positive role models and change-makers.
